So this was a thing that happened.  


According to the girls boyfriend, Davison "just stared at it for a long moment, looking very befuddled, and then he started chuckling."

There has to be a word in German or something for this strange feeling of being caught between shame and pride.

That is EPIC.

And there doesn't seem to be a word for shame-pride in German, but that doesn't mean you can't invent it: "Schamstolz."

I sort of can't stop looking at the picture and yet can't actually look at it so I'm like looking at it out of the corner of my eye? Yeah. I don't know. I feel like shouting 'hide the porn!' but it's more like 'hide the domestic bliss!' which has a little less impact.

And yes that is a good new word.

i am also AMUSED. and second-handed embarrassed with the 'hide the porn!' instinct you have there, but also - that is awesome, and bless davison for taking it so well <3

Well, at least it was something cute and g-rated and not some horrible porn. I figure something I made gave someone I think I awesome a laugh, can't beat that.

No they didn't but I can't really find it in me to be upset. When I was young I would print out fanart and put it up on my walls and stuff. When you aren't in a creative field that sort of thing just dosen't occur to you. I figure if i post something online then Igive up total control over it. As it's just fan art and they gave all sorts of credit I don't mind.
